I am Bailey Lavani Haynes, Founder of mana alchemy, licensed aesthetician & Beauty practitioner
Kaua’i’s Holistic Spa & Wellness Sanctuary
Raised in wild Alaska and Kauaʻi, I’ve spent my life pursuing the intersection of health, beauty, and healing. In 2010, that pursuit brought me to Oʻahu to train at an Esthetics and Wellness Academy — the start of a career devoted to holistic, organic skincare and wellness offerings in Hawaiʻi.
As a licensed esthetician in four states, I bring a rare depth of expertise to Kauaʻi’s holistic spa scene: certification in Jin Shin Jyutsu healing, training in Access Consciousness Energy Work (“The Bars”), and a lifelong study of massage therapy and botanical alchemy. My own experience overcoming skin challenges shapes a whole-person approach to skincare — one that treats skin of every age with organic ingredients and traditional Hawaiian elements.

THE VISION
Mana Alchemy was born through a vision I received when I was 22. I was living on a lush property in Kaua’i, Hawai’i blessed with exotic mangosteen, citrus and the soothing energy of the river. I was formulating skin care products and fragrances made with organic botanicals and essential oils. I felt that this vision was beyond me and my skills at the time. It was — is — something bigger. In the past over a decade I have deepened my relationship with skin care, as it’s not just skin deep, it’s a reflection of a state of being. We now affiliate with independent, talented massage therapists and body workers.

MY MISSION
Mana Alchemy is a place of rejuvenation, one that tantalizes the senses and invokes the sacred. I bridge holistic, bio-dynamic skin care with innovative practices. Oftentimes innovation comes through a remembrance of our roots while utilizing our resources today. With this gift of vision, I guide and create custom treatments to address the skin and nourish/support the body, mind and soul.
